Overview

Mobility Insight ("MOBI") supplies the vertical AI "brain" that sits inside transportation management centers, shifting municipal traffic operations from reactive to predictive across the whole network — less congestion, fewer accidents, and decisions made on live data. MOBI is deployed with Accenture at Caltrans (California DOT) and delivered with AECOM for Florida DOT, including stadium traffic for the FIFA World Cup matches in South Florida. LAX has engaged MOBI for airport-area congestion.

About the Company

Mobility Insight ("MOBI") builds the intelligence layer for ground transportation networks. Its vertical AI sits inside the transportation management centers (TMCs) that state and municipal departments of transportation already operate, and changes how those centers work: from operators watching screens and reacting to congestion after it forms, to a system that anticipates it and adjusts the network ahead of time. The result municipalities buy is measurable — less congestion, fewer accidents, and traffic decisions made against live data rather than yesterday's counts.

The Structural Advantage

The large systems integrators hold the contracts with the state DOTs. Accenture, AECOM, Deloitte and IBM Consulting have each chosen to work with MOBI as the intelligence layer inside their deployments. That is the position worth understanding: MOBI does not have to win those government contracts. It has to be inside them — and it already is. Capital converts integrator demand that exists today into deployed US installations.

Deployments

California DOT (Caltrans), delivered with Accenture. Florida DOT, delivered with AECOM — including traffic around the stadiums hosting the FIFA World Cup matches in South Florida, where the story was the games rather than the traffic. LAX has engaged MOBI to reduce congestion around the airport. The system is also in use in Haifa, Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.

Why Now

America's traffic management centers are running on infrastructure that predates the data now available to them, and the integrators who serve those centers are being asked for outcomes that manual operation cannot produce. The groundwork being laid is larger than congestion relief: vehicles communicating with ground infrastructure and with each other, to prevent accidents as well as delay. First-mover position inside the integrator channel is the asset.
