Meet Our Team Brian Jacobsen Managing Partner, West Monroe Capital LinkedIn Brian is the Managing Partner of West Monroe Capital. Brian has led a fruitful career in private equity, business management, and performance improvement, spanning industries from technology to consumer and retail. He is passionate about finding opportunities to stimulate business growth and steadily increase value. When not working, Brian spends his time away from work chasing his four young children and is quickly adding experienced youth sports coach to his résumé. Prior to joining West Monroe Capital, Brian was a longtime private equity client of West Monroe while serving as Managing Partner of Grand Crossing Capital LLC, a family-backed private equity firm, and as a Partner at TowerBrook Capital Partners LP.
