Steve began his career at Merrill Lynch in 1985. He also has spent near decade long stints at UBS Financial Services as well as Peregrine Asset Advisers before joining TRUE Private Wealth Advisors. Steve earned his BS from Oregon State University in 1984. He has actively served on a number of community groups in his hometown of Lake Oswego. Steve has spent many years coaching youth sports teams and has served on local youth sports boards. Steve and his wife Kristen have two adult children. They enjoy golf and traveling.
