Somercourt Limited was established in 1993 (over 30 years ago) as an Office Interiors Company concentrating on office fit-out contracts. The Domain www.somercourt.co.uk was created in 1997, making it one of the first companies actively using the internet. So we have been around a while! When we first started selling Height Adjustable Desks, we found that there was not much choice, but what there was tended to be of Danish or Scandinavian origin. We built strong relationships with companies such as LINAK , Holmris, Actiforce and Conset, all producing good quality products using mainly Danish-made components. In the early days, customers were limited by the top shapes and finishes available, but at Somercourt, we decided to provide a product mix more dedicated to the UK market. The choice was limited, and the internet was still in its infancy.
