EST. 1901 Princeton Charter Club The Princeton Charter Club, established in 1901, is a private club whose members are current undergraduates and alumni of Princeton University. In addition to meals and social events, Charter sponsors education programs and helps its members create a home away from home. More about Charter Club Charter has had incredible success, with our Club serving approximately 200 members annually with full waitlists. Located at the end of the street at 79 Prospect, our current clubhouse was designed by Arthur I. Meigs, Charter section of 1903, and built in 1913. “The Indestructible,” as the club is commonly referred to, is today most known for its tight-knit community, elegant clubhouse, and fantastic food.
