We invest in private equity opportunities, primarily co-investments, as well as venture capital funds and related co-investment opportunities. Our exceptional network of independent sponsors, active and successful family offices and experienced operators generates very active deal flow. Through this robust network, our principals have invested in a variety of direct private equity investments in consumer, distribution, business services and industrial companies. We welcome the opportunity to review new direct private equity co-investment opportunities in which we can typically invest $1.5-$3.0 million per deal. We have spent over a decade evaluating venture managers and direct venture opportunities. Our disciplined process is tailored to thoroughly evaluate compelling managers, typically those managing less than $100 million, and outstanding emerging companies.
