Mascarene Partners Wes Dick Managing Partner Wes brings over 25 years of experience financing and investing in businesses that use transportation, industrial and commercial equipment to provide critical services into the economy. Before Mascarene Partners, Wes founded and was the Head of Onex Transportation Partners, a middle market, value added infrastructure investment platform focused on the transportation sector. Prior to Onex, Wes spent nearly 15 years as a Senior Vice President at BBAM LP, the world’s third largest aircraft leasing business. Wes led BBAM’s capital raising efforts and was an integral part of the senior leadership team that grew the business through the NYSE-listing of Fly Leasing Limited and the establishment of Incline Aviation, one of the world’s first private equity funds dedicated to investing in commercial aircraft on operating lease. Wes started his career at Credit Suisse in 2000 where he was involved in financing efforts across a wide range of transportation businesses with a particular focus on aircraft, railcars, vessels and containers. Wes earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Acadia University in Canada.
