Manresa Investing Transformative Manresa Ventures is an early stage venture capital firm, founded in 2022 by solo-GP and Managing Partner, Jackson Gates Strategy We prefer a more concentrated portfolio at Manresa and invest with conviction at the earliest stages. We typically only make 1-2 investments per quarter and this approach allows us to work closely with each founder we back. In almost all cases, we will be the lead investor or co-lead for the round. We love consumer applications, enterprise software and new financial infrastructure. However, we will only invest in products targeted at the US market because we understand the regulatory landscape, competitive set and customer needs better in our home market. Jackson lives and works in San Francisco and we have companies based on the West Coast, East Coast, Midwest and Canada.
