Control positions in US-based brands in distressed or special situations with revenues between $20m to $100m requiring a buyer that can move quickly our industry specialization allows us to do just that. ​ We have a strong preference for brands with in-house manufacturing operations based in the US or Mexico. Growth Equity. As flexible non-control investors, we invest in everything from traditional post-revenue growth rounds, to turnarounds special situations. ​ Our operating background means we do more than write a check we work with you side-by-side to grow your company. ​ Minority investment targets typically have anywhere from $10,000,000 to $50,000,000 in revenue, can be cash-flow positive or negative and are based in the United States or Canada.
