Our Company provides capital for growth investments from seed-stage to more mature, control investments focusing on software, healthcare, financials, and energy among other sectors. In addition, HEPCO sources and manages investments in multi-family real estate. HEPCO is an experienced builder of businesses and sponsor of public entities, SPACS, MLPs, and REITs. Jonathan and Edward Cohen are serial entrepreneurs and investors with over $40 billion dollars’ worth of investment experience. HEPCO’s team of 12 professionals is led by Managing Partner Bill Fradin, and Managing Partner, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Legal Officer Jeffrey Brotman and Managing Partner and Chief Financial Officer Tom Elliott. Bill brings extensive leadership and experience in corporate investing and private equity. Jeff has broad and extensive public company C-suite experience. He is also a longstanding member of the faculty at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, specializing in accounting and finance. Tom has 20+ years of public company experience as a financial executive.
