Noah Lichtenstein Founder and Managing Partner Noah Lichtenstein is the Founder and Managing Partner of Crossover. He spent the first 10 years of his career building and scaling technology startups in Silicon Valley before transitioning to early-stage investing. His operating background and deep networks in the startup ecosystem shape both his sourcing and how he underwrites founders and fund managers. Over the past decade Noah has invested in and advised more than 50 startups and more than 20 venture capital funds. He began his investing career at the inaugural fund of Cowboy Ventures before launching Crossover. Prior to investing, Noah was a founding team member of HomeRun, backed by First Round Capital and Foundation Capital, and acquired for $100 million in under 18 months.
