By balancing ego, embracing both leadership and followership, we can create sustainable, harmonious societies. In the world of today there's a lot of dynamics and we need again harmony outside our house stats an inside our houses and even bodies. There's lots of information we cannot even process. We are all made of the same positive relentless attitude we have inside, we like to believe the good in everyone. Although the longer we live, the more sour we can become. This will be translated in an attitude which will not lead to more harmony. We have to start understanding what's going on and to be able to transform our world into a more harmonized one. From my experience this is only possible if we have enough information. Information about who we are and what we are doing on Earth. I have studied this and our human behavior and I found the factor of stress as a leading factor for all our disharmony. I wrote the thesis on stress and how we can cope with it. This makes the inside harmony possible. Meditation helps but there are also logical ways to do it. Outside harmony is different and is only to be realized if we understand more of our societies.
